Howie believes that with a bit of effort, people are capable of achieving any goal. An inspiring and encouraging trainer, Howie loves to see his clients get results! Having played many sports and coached basketball and hockey, Howie has a particular interest in optimizing people's athletic performance.


Fitness is also paramount to Howie's career, as he has been a firefighter for the past five years. He understands that fitness must benefit people in everyday life to be truly effective. He's a proponent of functional fitness and full-body training, and loves to motivate. He looks forward to putting his practical experience to work at StrengthBox.
