Bicycle Skills Clinic in Toronto

March 28, 2015

You’re never too old to brush up on your bicycle skills, and even learn some new tricks!

Want to increase your confidence? Learn how to balance while waiting for a light to change? Use your brakes to manipulate the bike?

The StrengthBox Bicycle Skills Clinic is a 3-hour active workshop in Toronto that will teach you how to become a better cyclist, especially in urban settings. You’ll gain some new skills and work on perfecting your technique in this fun-filled afternoon.

This isn’t just another bike clinic. Leading the course will be bicycle action performer Trevor Bodogh — one of the best trials riders in the world. This Cirque athlete has wowed audiences internationally with his extreme sport skills and will be honouring those registered with a demo of his cycling feats during the clinic.

Whether you’re a relative beginner or a seasoned pro, we’ve got you covered. The clinic is open to both members and non-members, all abilities, all ages 18+.

Bring your own well-tuned bike (whatever style you ride) and helmet.
