Looking to get beyond the usual pullups and dips? Explore and develop your aerial strength skills this March!

Learn the ways that aerialists train to be able to manipulate their bodies meters above the ground. Aerial strength is also great cross training for those of you training your handstands. This is true circus-inspired fitness!
